A Semifowler Bed is a hospital bed designed to position patients in a semi-upright posture, typically with the head of the bed elevated between 30° to 45°. This position is widely used in ICUs, wards, and post-operative care to improve respiratory function, digestion, and comfort for patients who are bedridden.

Semifowler beds can be manual, semi-electric, or fully electric, depending on the hospital requirements.
